THE FOOL’S JOURNEY
ARTIST IN RESIDENCY - OCTOBER - DECIDEDLY JAZZ DANCEWORKS
DJD RESIDENCY
This October, Triangle Systems Collective will be returning to the studio for a month-long residency at Decidedly Jazz Danceworks (DJD) in Calgary to continue developing The Fool’s Journey.
As part of this next phase of creation, we’ll be diving deeper into the archetypes of the Tarot’s Major Arcana, exploring the movement, characters, stories, and worlds that live within each one.
Throughout the residency, we’ll be filming a series of short visual teasers/trailers for each archetype — offering a glimpse into the world of The Fool’s Journey and the larger project we’re continuing to build.
This is just the beginning. We’re so excited to share a little taste of what’s to come. ✨
We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse environment for our project. We strongly encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including race, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, and socioeconomic status. All qualified contemporary dancer artists are welcome to audition.
