THE FOOL’S JOURNEY
-
About
Presented by Triangle Systems Collective, The Fool’s Journey is composed of three original 15-minute contemporary dance pieces set to music by Ólafur Arnolds as inspired by the Major Arcana of The Tarot. Each piece highlights Kelsie Vanstone as the principal artist of The Fool and is presented alongside ensemble artists Elexie Tracy, Jaidyn Bloemraad, and Megan McManus.
Special thanks to our flex lead, Taylor MacLeod, our costume designer Hannah Fisher and to The Performance Studio in Calgary, Alberta, for generously donating rehearsal space. Thank you to all dancers for their contributions as each work was created collaboratively and highlight their unique artistry. We are deeply grateful to our family and friends for their support throughout this process.
